Black Beauty

The stupid phone camera didn't focus, but I'm focusing on the dried rose bud. 

When I first saw this,  I wanted to write a song. If I am able to get a closeup of this in the near future,  I will surely post it here. 

This bud is so perfectly formed, but it died before it had the time to bloom. 

Think of it - how many more little children are there on this world; unheard of  and not cared for.  They're all like this little black beauty.
